Role Description

We are looking for a Social Media Executive to manage the company’s online presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, planning and executing campaigns, and analyzing performance to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage social media content calendars.

• Create, edit, and publish engaging posts (images, videos, captions, stories, reels).

• Monitor social media channels and respond to followers professionally.

• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive engagement and leads.

• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to maintain consistent branding.

• Track analytics and prepare performance reports to measure success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in social media management (real estate or construction field preferred).

• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok).

• Excellent communication and content creation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

• Knowledge of social media tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar).

• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
