Maneesh Media is a premium publishing house with a global presence, renowned for curating elite biographical coffee table books. We are looking for a result-oriented Social Media Executive to strengthen our digital footprint and drive engagement through intelligent, data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Manage and monitor PPC campaigns, including Meta Ads and YouTube Ads.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest changes in platform algorithms, ad formats, and user behavior.
• Develop and schedule high-performing content tailored to platform requirements and brand tone.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with in-house content and design teams to align campaigns with brand objectives.
• Conduct keyword research and apply basic SEO practices to support organic reach.
• Suggest innovations based on current trends, competitor analysis, and campaign performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing and paid campaigns.
• Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn promotions.
• Strong understanding of social platform algorithms and user behavior trends.
• Working knowledge of SEO (on-page and off-page basics).
• Excellent communication, time management, and reporting skills.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership.
