Position Overview:
As a Social Media Specialist at Jeronone Technologies, you’ll be responsible for managing our social media presence, particularly focusing on creating dynamic Instagram Reels and other short-form content that resonates with our target audience. You’ll stay on top of current social media trends and leverage them to amplify the company’s voice, ensuring our digital presence is fresh, creative, and engaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage engaging Reels and short-form video content for Instagram (and other platforms as needed).
• Monitor and engage with current trends, challenges, and viral content to integrate into Jeronone’s social media strategy.
• Create and edit creative, on-brand videos that align with our messaging and audience preferences.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency of content across all channels.
• Use analytics tools to track engagement metrics (views, likes, shares, comments) and continuously refine content strategies.
• Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and industry best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Skills & Experience:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media content creation, with a focus on Instagram Reels or other short-form video platforms.
• A strong understanding of Instagram trends, viral challenges, and how to integrate them into a brand’s content.
• Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Canva, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro) is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Hootsuite, etc.).
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the marketing and creative teams.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
