Social Media Executive

Grey Hawks Media is a growth-focused digital agency helping brands scale through strategy, content, and performance.

We’re looking for a proactive and organized Account Manager who can own client relationships, translate strategy into execution, and ensure smooth coordination between our internal teams and clients.

This role is ideal for someone who loves blending communication, creativity, and clarity, someone who can think strategically yet manage details with precision.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Strategy

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand each brand’s business goals, tone, and audience.
• Collaborate with founders and creative teams to shape monthly and quarterly marketing plans.
• Present campaign ideas, performance insights, and improvement opportunities.

Execution & Coordination

• Manage project timelines, task trackers, and deliverables.
• Bridge between content, design, and performance teams to ensure output quality.
• Handle client feedback loops and ensure on-time approvals and postings.
• Monitor live campaigns and flag optimization opportunities.

Performance & Reporting

• Work with performance team to track KPIs and generate monthly reports.
• Translate data and results into clear, actionable insights for clients.
• Identify opportunities to upsell services or enhance value for existing accounts.

You’ll Excel in This Role If You

• Have 1-3 years of experience in a digital or creative agency.
• Understand how content, social media, and performance marketing align to deliver growth.
• Are strong in communication, organization, and client relationship management.
• Can think strategically and manage multiple accounts with clarity.
• Are comfortable working independently in a remote setup with option to access our office in Mumbai
