We are expanding our digital team and looking for an energetic Social Media Executive who can create engaging content, drive growth, and represent our brand across multiple platforms.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end social media operations—ranging from content ideation and creation to community engagement and performance tracking.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee and grow official pages on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Threads.
• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging visual content including reels, product videos, and lifestyle clips.
• Develop creative concepts, trendy campaigns, and storyline-driven content aligned with brand voice.
• Write attractive captions, hooks, and platform-optimized hashtags.
• Appear confidently on camera for reels, stories, promos, and BTS content.
• Create and maintain a structured monthly content calendar based on launches, campaigns, and marketing plans.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams for cohesive branding.
• Coordinate influencer partnerships and manage brand collaborations.
• Track performance insights, monitor engagement, and recommend data-backed improvements.
• Respond to comments, messages, tags, and community interactions promptly.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Marketing, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in social media management or content creation (fashion/lifestyle experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, viral trends, and audience behavior—especially on Instagram & TikTok.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and producing high-quality on-screen content.
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling abilities.
• Familiarity with editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, VN, or similar apps.
• A creative, trend-savvy mindset with the ability to adapt quickly.
