Job Overview:
Realatte Ventures LLP is seeking a creative and driven Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance the online presence of our real estate clients. The Junior Social Media Executive will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, manage social media platforms, and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain monthly social media content calendars for various brands.
• Write captions, one-liners, post copy, and relevant hashtags for posts and reels.
• Manage and execute content across platforms like Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, etc.
• Brainstorm creative ideas, campaign concepts, and content directions with the design and creative teams.
• Work closely with designers to ensure timely delivery of creatives as per calendar.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, reel formats, and engagement ideas.
• Assist in planning and executing brand campaigns, contests, and community activities.
• Support basic analytics tracking and monthly reporting.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a digital/social media agency.
• Must have worked on brand pages (not just personal pages).
• Strong writing skills — ability to craft catchy one-liners, captions, and hashtags.
• Good understanding of platforms: Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn.
• Should have participated in creative brainstorming sessions with designers/creative team.
• Knowledge of social media trends, formats, and audience behaviour.
• Graduates from BMM, BMS, or BBA preferred.
• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.

Good to Have:

• Understanding of reel trends and short-form content ideas.
• Ability to guide designers on creative direction.

Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (optional).
