Job Title: Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive

Salary: 18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and manage social media content across all platforms, including posts, reels, stories, and campaigns
• Develop content strategies focused on storytelling, current trends, and audience engagement
• Manage and execute user-generated content (UGC) strategies to enhance brand authenticity
• Conduct website research and analysis to improve online presentation and content structure
• Identify, coordinate, and manage influencer collaborations and campaign deliverables
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product launches
• Manage product listings and content updates on e-commerce platforms
• Coordinate order fulfilment activities and support customer experience processes
• Work closely with design and content teams for creatives, shoots, and marketing assets
• Ensure consistent brand tone, visual identity, and messaging across all platforms
• Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to identify trends and content opportunities
• Track campaign performance, engagement, reach, and influencer outcomes
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools and performance tracking
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Candidates based in Jaipur will be preferred
• Immediate joiners are encouraged to apply
