Job Title: Female Social Media Appointment Setters

Job Overview:
We are hiring Female Social Media Appointment Setters who are confident, energetic, and results-oriented. This role is focused on lead generation, engagement, and booking qualified sales appointments through social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads daily through social media cross-posting and engagement
• Respond promptly to comments, DMs, enquiries, and inbound leads
• Qualify prospects and confirm appointments for the sales team
• Follow up with warm leads to increase conversion rates
• Maintain proper records of leads and appointments
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Leads Generated: 20–30 new leads per day
• Conversations Initiated: 30–50 meaningful chats daily
• Appointments Booked: 5–10 qualified appointments per day
• Follow-Ups: 100% follow-up on all warm and interested leads
• Response Time: Under 5 minutes for new enquiries during working hours

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Must be active on social media with a good follower base
• Strong sales communication and persuasion skills
• Experience as a setter, tele caller, or social media sales executive preferred
• Target-driven and motivated by commissions

Salary & Benefits:

• Starting Salary: AED 2,500/month
