Social Media Executive – Content Strategy & Writing

We are looking for a creative Social Media Executive with strong skills in content strategy and content writing. This role focuses on planning engaging content, writing high-impact hooks and captions, and executing platform-specific strategies for our brands – Rent A Roof and SNC Promoters & Developers.

The ideal candidate understands how to convert ideas into attention-grabbing social media content that drives engagement and inquiries.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy

• Plan weekly and monthly content calendars
• Develop content buckets and themes aligned with brand goals
• Research trends, competitors, and audience interests
• Suggest content ideas for reels, posts, and YouTube

Content Writing

• Write catchy hooks, captions, and scripts
• Adapt tone for Instagram, YouTube & Facebook
• Convert business offerings into engaging stories
• Revise content based on feedback and performance

Platform Execution

• Coordinate with designers and video editors
• Ensure content matches platform best practices
• Support posting schedules and content flow
• Maintain consistency across multiple brand pages

Performance Thinking

• Track engagement and content performance
• Suggest improvements based on insights
• Align content with lead generation goals

Required Skills

• Strong writing skills in English & Hindi (Hinglish preferred)
• Ability to create catchy hooks and promotional content
• Understanding of Instagram & YouTube content formats
• Basic knowledge of social media algorithms
• Creative thinking with marketing mindset
• Ability to manage multiple brand pages

Experience

• 2–5 years in social media / content role
• Portfolio of captions, reels ideas, or pages managed
• Real estate experience is a plus
