Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital trends, content creation, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily posting and scheduling on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others
• Create engaging content (posts, captions, reels ideas, stories, etc.) aligned with brand tone
• Plan and execute social media content calendars
• Monitor comments, messages, and engage with the audience regularly
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and prepare basic reports
• Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, and algorithm changes
• Coordinate with the design/marketing team for creatives and campaigns

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media handling (preferred)
• Good understanding of major social media platforms
• Strong written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
