Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and strengthen Ollato’s digital presence. This role combines content execution, platform management, audience engagement, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate understands both content creation and strategy implementation and can translate brand goals into high-performing social media initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

-Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing objectives.

-Plan and schedule content across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.

-Research trends, hashtags, and industry insights to improve visibility and engagement.

-Contribute ideas for campaigns, reels, community-building activities, and promotional initiatives.

Content Creation & Execution

-Create, edit, and publish engaging posts, reels, videos, and graphics.

-Use tools such as Canva, CapCut, VN, or similar platforms for content production.

-Maintain brand consistency in tone, visual identity, and messaging.

-Coordinate with the marketing and design team for timely content uploads and campaign execution.

Community Management

-Respond to comments, messages, and engagement prompts in a timely and professional manner.

-Maintain consistent interaction with the online community to build trust and engagement.

-Support contests, campaigns, and interactive initiatives.

Performance & Reporting

-Monitor social media analytics and track engagement metrics.

-Prepare performance summaries and suggest improvements based on insights.

-Optimize content strategy using data-driven recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles (internship experience considered).

  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
  • Creative mindset with strong communication and writing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of design and video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in an on-site environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
