Job Overview:

As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing and developing our social media presence across various platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to create and implement effective social media strategies that align with our overall marketing goals. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement

- Create and publish engaging content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn

- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create social media campaigns and promotions

- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports to track performance and make data-driven decisions

- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and industry professionals to expand our reach and brand awareness

- Attend and cover company events on social media platforms

- Assist with developing and managing social media advertising campaigns

- Monitor and manage online reviews and reputation management

- Identify and engage with potential customers and industry partners on social media

- Other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field

2 /3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the real estate industry

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences

- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools

- Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus

- Passion for real estate and luxury lifestyle is a plus
