Social Media Executive

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and performance-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across all major platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content planning, publishing, audience engagement, analytics tracking, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, shorts, etc.) across platforms.
• Manage company and client social media accounts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter (X).
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers for timely content delivery.
• Schedule posts using social media management tools.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build online community relationships.
• Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly analytics reports.
• Run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and optimize performance.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
• Maintain brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & emerging platforms.
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and ad campaign management.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Understanding of hashtags, SEO basics, and social media analytics.
• Strong communication and copywriting skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Candidates preferred from media & Entertainment Industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
