Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can design stunning visuals, edit engaging videos and create attention grabbing Instagram reels. The ideal candidate must be skilled in Photoshop, video editing tools and social media content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design (Photoshop)

• Create banners, posters, flyers, brochures, thumbnails and social media graphics.
• Edit and enhance images, remove backgrounds, retouch photos and adjust colors.
• Design creatives for campaigns, events and marketing materials.
• Maintain brand guidelines and design consistency.

Video Editing

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, YouTube and promotions.
• Add transitions, effects, captions, sound and graphics to make videos appealing.
• Improve video quality, audio clarity and pacing.
• Work with raw footage to produce polished final videos.

Reel Creation (Instagram & Social Media)

• Create engaging Instagram reels, TikToks and short videos.
• Add trending music, captions and creative storytelling elements.
• Stay updated with social media trends, filters and reel formats.
• Develop ideas for viral and catchy short-form content

Required Skills

Design Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Canva (optional but useful).
• Strong understanding of layouts, typography, color correction and composition.

Video Editing Skills

• Experience in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar tools.
• Ability to work with transitions, effects, green screen and templates.

Reels / Social Media

• Understanding of Instagram trends and short video formats.
• Creative storytelling and sense of timing.

Other Skills

• Creativity with attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)

Qualifications

• Degree/diploma in Multimedia, Visual Communication, Graphic Design or related fields (optional).
• Proven experience or portfolio of design + video editing work.
