Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence. The ideal candidate is passionate about sports, understands content trends, and can translate on-ground energy into engaging online content.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage content across Instagram and other social platforms

• Capture and edit match highlights, training sessions, and event coverage

• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with tournaments and campaigns

• Monitor engagement, insights, and performance metrics

• Manage community interaction (DMs, comments, inquiries)

• Support marketing campaigns, sponsorship activations, and event promotions

• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and design team when required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management (sports industry preferred)

• Strong knowledge of Instagram trends, Reels, and content strategy

• Basic design/editing skills (Canva or similar tools)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work during tournaments and events (including weekends if required)
