Horizon Tech is looking for a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Executive with 1 to 3 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media management, modern digital marketing strategies, and practical experience using AI-powered tools. The candidate must be capable of managing multiple customer accounts, generating unique content ideas, coordinating with designers, and maintaining brand consistency across platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and oversee 20+ customer social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Develop creative content ideas and social media strategies tailored to each customer account.
- Plan and maintain monthly content calendars for all assigned accounts.
- Coordinate with the design team for social media creatives and campaign materials.
- Utilize AI tools for content ideation, caption writing, hashtag research, and campaign planning.
- Schedule, publish, and manage posts across platforms.
- Communicate with customers for content approvals, revisions, and feedback.
- Monitor social media trends and implement new engagement strategies.
- Track account performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and quality across all customer accounts.
SKILLS:
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- Ability to manage 20+ customer accounts simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content strategy, and engagement techniques.
- Practical knowledge of AI tools for content creation, captioning, and hashtag research.
- Experience with social media scheduling and automation tools.
- Strong communication and client coordination skills.
