Social Media Executive

Horizon Tech is looking for a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Executive with 1 to 3 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media management, modern digital marketing strategies, and practical experience using AI-powered tools. The candidate must be capable of managing multiple customer accounts, generating unique content ideas, coordinating with designers, and maintaining brand consistency across platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and oversee 20+ customer social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Develop creative content ideas and social media strategies tailored to each customer account.
  • Plan and maintain monthly content calendars for all assigned accounts.
  • Coordinate with the design team for social media creatives and campaign materials.
  • Utilize AI tools for content ideation, caption writing, hashtag research, and campaign planning.
  • Schedule, publish, and manage posts across platforms.
  • Communicate with customers for content approvals, revisions, and feedback.
  • Monitor social media trends and implement new engagement strategies.
  • Track account performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and quality across all customer accounts.

SKILLS:

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
  • Ability to manage 20+ customer accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content strategy, and engagement techniques.
  • Practical knowledge of AI tools for content creation, captioning, and hashtag research.
  • Experience with social media scheduling and automation tools.
  • Strong communication and client coordination skills.
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of social media trends and digital marketing metrics.

AI & MODERN WORKFLOW EXPECTATIONS:

The candidate must:

  • Have strong AI utilization skills for content ideation and campaign planning.
  • Understand how to use AI as an assistant, not a replacement, to enhance creativity and efficiency.
  • Generate multiple content ideas using AI tools and refine outputs professionally.
  • Stay updated with emerging AI-driven social media tools and trends.

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Experience with AI design assistance tools.
  • Knowledge of social media automation tools for scheduling and analytics.
  • Familiarity with short-form video content or reel creation.
  • Basic understanding of content marketing principles across platforms.
