Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client goals and target audiences.
- Conduct audience research, competitive analysis, and platform audits to inform strategy development.
- Create detailed content calendars and posting schedules for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube).
- Content Creation & Management:
- Brainstorm, create, and curate engaging and shareable content, including text, images, videos, and stories.
- Write compelling and on-brand copy for all social media posts.
- Collaborate with the creative team (designers, video editors) to produce high-quality visual assets.
- Ensure all content is optimized for each platform and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Community Management & Engagement:
- Actively monitor and manage client social media communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster positive community growth and engagement through proactive interaction, user-generated content campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
- Identify and engage with relevant conversations and trends.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on key social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, impressions, conversions) using analytics tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports for clients, providing insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed about the latest social media best practices, tools, and platform updates.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (e.g., boosted posts, targeted ads) in collaboration with internal teams.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 1-3 years of professional experience in social media management, preferably within a digital agency environment.
- Proven track record of managing multiple social media accounts and achieving client-specific goals.
- Experience with social media management platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
- Experience with paid social media advertising (Meta ads)
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices across all major platforms.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a keen eye for engaging content.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace. Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva) are a plus.
