Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media accounts, posting engaging content, monitoring performance, conducting content research, and maintaining strong communication with clients and internal team. You should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and publish posts across social media platforms.
• Conduct content research to stay updated with trends, competitors, and audience preferences.
• Prepare and present social media performance reports (weekly/monthly).
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements, share updates, and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing team for campaign execution.
• Manage team interactions to ensure smooth task flow and timely deliverables.
• Monitor social media engagement, respond to queries, and ensure brand consistency.
• Assist in developing creative ideas for campaigns to drive engagement and growth.

Requirements:

Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role.

Prior experience working at a marketing agency.

Proven ability to handle and communicate with multiple clients simultaneously.

Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.).

Ability to analyze data and prepare clear performance reports.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and task management abilities.

Creative thinking with attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.

Salary: 40-60K

Timings 10am - 6pm

This is not a remote position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
