Employment Type: Full-Time ( 5 hours per day )
Pay: 40,000 to 50,000 PKR.

Job Overview:
H Pharmacy is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and enhance the company’s online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the brand’s social media appearance, increasing audience engagement, and improving the company’s visibility through effective SEO strategies. This role requires someone who understands digital trends, content creation, and search engine optimization to help grow H Pharmacy’s digital reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain H Pharmacy’s social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content including posts, images, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure consistent brand voice, style, and professional appearance across all social media platforms.
• Monitor social media activity, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the audience.
• Develop strategies to increase followers, reach, and engagement.
• Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve the website’s search engine ranking.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, blogs, and social media posts for search engines.
• Track performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports on growth and engagement.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, healthcare marketing guidelines, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support online promotions and campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in social media management and SEO.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and online branding.
• Knowledge of SEO tools, keyword research, and website optimization.
• Excellent written communication and content creation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and improve strategies based on performance insights.
• Creativity, organization, and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with social media scheduling tools.
• Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva or similar tools).
• Familiarity with healthcare or pharmacy marketing.
