Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in social media management or execution (agency or brand side).

Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms.

Good command of English, content writing, and captioning skills are a plus.

Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, Notion, or Canva.

Understanding of basic ad performance metrics (CTR, engagement rate, reach).

Organized, responsive, and capable of managing multiple brand accounts simultaneously.

Creative mindset with attention to visual quality and trends.

Video editing for short-form content (CapCut, VN, or similar).

Basic knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva Magic Studio, or Midjourney.

Familiarity with SaaS or tech marketing is an advantage.
Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X).

Develop and manage monthly content calendars aligned with campaign goals and brand tone.

Collaborate with the design and content team to produce high-impact visuals and reels.

Research trends, hashtags, and competitors to keep the Companys and client pages relevant and engaging.

Post in relevant Facebook/LinkedIn groups and engage organically to increase reach and visibility.

Manage daily engagement, responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries.

Track analytics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions) and prepare performance reports.

Suggest new ideas for improving content strategy and follower growth.

Assist in running paid campaigns (boosts, engagement, and awareness ads) with the marketing team.

Support influencer collaboration and community-building activities.
