We are now looking to grow our brand presence and authority on Instagram and LinkedIn with consistent, high-quality content.About the Role
We are seeking a creative and organized Social Media Executive who will take ownership of Systemapic’s content planning, posting, and performance across platforms. A key focus will be helping our founder stay organized to shoot and publish Reels consistently.
This role requires someone with prior IT/tech industry exposure to better understand our services, client projects, and the business automation space.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with Systemapic’s business goals.
• Manage daily posting and scheduling on Instagram and LinkedIn (other platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts optional).
• Organize a content calendar for Reels, carousels, and posts, ensuring smooth coordination for shoot days.
• Write clear, engaging captions and ideas that align with our brand voice.
• Track performance analytics and prepare reports on reach, engagement, and growth.
• Monitor trends, competitors, and hashtags relevant to automation, CRM, and business consulting.
• Coordinate with design resources when needed for visuals, carousels, and creative assets.
• Support in managing paid campaigns (if required) for reach and lead generation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in social media management (agency or in-house).
• Prior experience handling social media for an IT, SaaS, or digital services brand is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn algorithms and growth strategies.
• Creative mindset with excellent writing, storytelling, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva/Photoshop, and scheduling apps.
• Ability to manage deadlines and ensure consistency in posting.
• Knowledge of paid social campaigns is a plus.
