Role Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Executive to manage our digital presence, engage audiences, and support brand promotion efforts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Instagram and content marketing and a keen interest in the creative and art/design industries.

KRA: Task / Activities

• Develop and manage content for social media platforms, especially Instagram.
• Write engaging captions, artist profiles, and promotional content aligned with brand tone.
• Maintain digital documentation and support merchandising-related marketing tasks.
• Coordinate with sales and client relations teams to support B2C sales campaigns.
• Execute content strategies to boost brand visibility.
• Analyze engagement metrics and suggest optimization strategies.
• Ensure consistent messaging across digital channels by working with internal teams.

KPI: Performance Metrics

Skills & Attitude (A in BARE Fit)

• Strong written communication and content creation
• Social media management (Instagram proficiency a must)
• Basic knowledge of branding, digital campaigns, and audience engagement
• Basic graphic design or Canva knowledge
• Exposure to influencer collaboration and B2C marketing
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
