Role Overview:

• We’re hiring a Social Media Executive to lead influencer onboarding and collaborations. You’ll identify and connect with the right creators, manage influencer partnerships, and support social media campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement. Key Responsibilities

• Influencer Onboarding & Collaboration:
• Identify, approach, and onboard relevant influencers for brand promotions.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers to ensure long-term collaboration.
• Negotiate deals, finalize deliverables, and ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Social Media Management:
• Manage and grow brand presence across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
• Plan, schedule, and post engaging content to increase followers, reach, and engagement.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and viral content to keep the brand relevant and trendy.
• Campaign Execution & Reporting:
• Assist in creating influencer campaign strategies to drive awareness and conversions.
• Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Suggest creative ideas to improve content quality and brand engagement.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 6 months in influencer marketing or social media management.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media trends.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Saturday (6Days) - 10AM to 7PM

Salary:

• Competitive and in line with industry standards. The final offer will be based on the candidate’s skills and experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
