Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand goals and marketing objectives.

Manage and grow company presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and others.

Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.) tailored for each platform.

Schedule, publish, and monitor daily social media content.

Track social media performance through insights and analytics; optimize content accordingly.

Lead Generation:

Design and execute lead generation campaigns via social media platforms (paid and organic).

Use tools like Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Instagram Promotions to run performance-based campaigns.

Develop landing pages, lead magnets (eBooks, webinars, offers), and CTAs to convert traffic into leads.

Collaborate with the sales team to define and refine target audience profiles.

Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion rates to improve ROI.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track key KPIs such as engagement, reach, CTR, CPC, and conversion.

Prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaign effectiveness.

Provide recommendations based on data to improve future campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in social media marketing and digital lead generation.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads.

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM) is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities.
