Position: Social Media Expert

Role Summary

The Social Media Expert will manage digital platforms and implement digital communication strategies to enhance outreach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media strategies and content calendars
• Create and publish digital content across platforms
• Monitor engagement, analytics, and performance metrics
• Support digital campaigns and online outreach activities
• Coordinate with the communications team for aligned messaging
• Ensure timely updates and audience engagement
• Support digital communication during emergency situations

Qualification & Experience

• Education: Graduate with Advanced Degree / PG Diploma in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related discipline
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of professional experience in digital and social media communications
• Language: Excellent written and spoken English & Hindi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
