Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate Social Media Expert who can create engaging content, manage social media platforms, increase audience engagement, and generate quality leads through organic social media marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and other platforms.
• Design and publish posts, reels, stories, and carousels.
• Write compelling captions with relevant hashtags.
• Schedule and manage daily social media posts.
• Monitor comments and messages and engage with the community.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create high-performing content.
• Analyze social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
• Optimize content based on analytics and audience insights.
• Increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness organically.
• Assist in running paid social media campaigns when required.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or Meta Business Suite.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with B2B marketing.
• Knowledge of AI tools for content creation.
• Video editing experience (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
• Experience running Meta Ads or LinkedIn Ads.
• Understanding of branding and content strategy.
