Job Title: Social Media Expert/Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who doesn’t just manage accounts but builds them.

Someone who has personally grown an Instagram profile to 100k – 200k followers and knows

exactly how to replicate that success for a brand. This role demands creativity, discipline, and

the ability to connect with audiences while also working cross-functionally with design,

marketing, and category.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

1. Social Media Strategy & Management

o Develop and execute tailored strategies for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook,

Pinterest, and YouTube.

o Monitor analytics, optimize posting schedules, and adjust content mix to drive

visibility and engagement.

2. Content Creation & Curation

o Create engaging short-form videos, reels, graphics, and captions that fit the

brand’s tone.

o Curate user-generated content and trend-driven ideas to stay relevant.

3. Influencer Marketing & Collaborations

o Identify, pitch, and onboard influencers for meaningful collaborations.

o Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and measure campaign effectiveness.

4. Visual & Graphic Design

o Design promotional creatives and ad content (Meta Ads, Display Native Ads).

o Work with the design team to ensure brand consistency across platforms.

5. Photography & Visual Asset Development

o Plan and execute product photoshoots (self-shot or professional).

o Build a library of assets for marketing needs.

6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

o Track KPIs like follower growth, engagement, influencer ROI, and web traffic.

o Deliver monthly reports with insights and improvement strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven track record: independently scaled an Instagram account to 100k - 200k

followers.

  • Strong knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and growth strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with content creation, reels, short-form videos, and graphic design

tools (e.g., Canva or Photoshop).

  • Experience with influencer outreach and campaign management.
  • Comfortable with photography and organizing shoots.
  • Familiarity with digital ads (Meta, Google, YouTube) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Nice-to-Have

  • Background in e-commerce, lifestyle, or design-led brands.
  • Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously.
