Social Media Graphic Designer

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Graphic Designer (2–3 years) to join our growing company. You will collaborate with other designers to create effective and eye-catching images and campaigns to increase our user base. As a graphic designer, we expect you to bring both creativity and expertise, using your passion for design to produce beautiful visuals and compelling content. Your duties will include developing graphics for digital platforms to enhance our accompanying text.

Responsibilities:

As a Graphic Designer, your responsibilities will include:

• Create and design various materials for digital and print.
• Select colors, fonts, images, and layouts.
• Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with high-quality output.
• Advise on best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.
• Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for more expressive graphics.
• Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software.
• Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.
• Determine voice and messaging for graphic design pieces.
• QA design work for errors before delivery.
• Implement feedback and changes whenever possible.
• Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project.

Qualifications & Skill Sets:

The ideal candidate should have:

• 2–3 years of proven professional experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a creative field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS is preferred.
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web.
• Experience with both print and digital media.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
