Social Media Graphic Designer

We’re hiring a Social Media Graphic Designer who thrives at the intersection of storytelling and strategy, bringing brands to life through scroll-stopping content. You’ll work with our creative and client teams to produce high-volume, high-quality social graphics and ad creatives with speed, consistency, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

· Design social media graphics and ad creatives for multiple clients across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)

· Build and maintain Canva templates and brand kits to ensure consistency across recurring campaigns and content series

· Create on-brand layouts that align with each client’s unique identity

· Adapt designs quickly for different formats (feed, stories, reels covers, banners, etc.) and optimize for platform specs

· Collaborate across departments to develop concepts and deliver assets on deadline

· Manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and deliver quality work under pressure

Qualifications

· Highly skilled in Canva (layout, typography, template systems, brand kits, collaboration workflows)

· Strong portfolio showing social content design (static + simple motion/animated posts a plus)

· Detail-oriented with strong design consistency and visual judgment

· Excellent time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

· Positive, collaborative team mindset; open to feedback and iteration

· Professional demeanor and customer-first approach

· Respect and protect confidential information

Additional Valuable Skills

· Basic Adobe skills (Photoshop/Illustrator)

· Simple animation/motion graphics experience

· Familiarity with content strategy/SEO or digital marketing fundamentals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $18.77 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
