Job Title: Social Media & Growth Lead

About SuperChef:SuperChef is Pakistan’s leading culinary content brand with over 9 million+ followers across social platforms and a fast-growing line of ready-to-cook sauces. We’re looking for a creative and data-driven individual to lead our social media growth and digital marketing efforts across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media growth strategy across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and WhatsApp.
  • Plan monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with brand goals and campaigns.
  • Identify trends, audience behavior, and opportunities for engagement and conversions.

2. Content & Creative Direction

  • Work closely with the creative and video teams to develop engaging, viral, and thumb-stopping content.
  • Generate innovative campaign ideas to boost brand recall, reach, and audience interaction.
  • Lead influencer collaborations, contests, and community-building initiatives.

3. Performance & Analytics

  • Set and monitor KPIs for follower growth, engagement rate, watch time, reach, and conversions.
  • Analyze data to optimize posting schedules, content formats, and ad performance.
  • Oversee paid media campaigns (Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, Google) to drive traffic and sales.

4. Brand Building & Collaboration

  • Ensure a consistent brand tone, voice, and identity across all channels.
  • Collaborate with eCommerce, product, and creative teams to align growth initiatives with overall brand goals.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in growing large-scale social media communities.
  • Deep understanding of content trends in the food/lifestyle category.
  • Hands-on experience with paid marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Studio, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and YouTube Analytics.
  • Strong creative thinking, leadership, and communication skills.

KPIs:

  • Monthly growth in followers/subscribers.
  • Engagement rate improvement.
  • Increase in video views and average watch time.
  • Paid campaign ROI (Cost per Result / Sales Impact).
  • Website traffic & conversions from social media.

Time:10Am to 7PM (Monday To Friday)

Location: Airline society Johar Town Lahore
