Edu Media is hiring a Social Media Growth Specialist to manage and optimize client accounts.

This role is focused on organic growth, algorithm understanding, and performance optimization — not content writing or paid ads.

Responsibilities:

• Publishing and optimizing content across platforms

• Improving organic reach and engagement

• Testing posting times, formats, and distribution strategies

• Analyzing insights and improving performance

Requirements:

• 1–3 years experience in social media management

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn algorithms

• Data-driven mindset

• Experience with analytics tools

We’re not looking for a basic social media admin.
