Social Media & Growth Specialist

. Role Summary

Appedology is hiring a Social Media & Growth Specialist to independently manage the organic social media strategy and execution for our US-based brands. This is a full-ownership role where the candidate must drive everything from strategy and content creation to daily publishing, community engagement, and measurable results - strictly organic, with no paid advertising required.

The primary goal is to transform our social presence into a predictable source of audience growth, strong engagement, and qualified inbound leads.

II. Core Responsibilities (Full Ownership)

The specialist is fully responsible for the entire social media cycle and must work autonomously.

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a 90-day organic growth strategy targeting US audiences across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, and Facebook.
  • Build and maintain a 12-week rolling content calendar, ensuring consistent publishing and alignment with overall marketing objectives.

Content Creation & Publishing

  • Create, schedule, and publish 15-20 high-value organic posts weekly.
  • Write engaging captions, hooks, and Call-to-Actions (CTAs), maintaining the appropriate US tone.
  • Repurpose existing long-form content (blogs, articles) into platform-specific formats (carousels, reels, shorts).
  • Liaise with internal Design and Content teams for asset delivery, but maintain final accountability for publishing quality and accuracy.

Community Management & Leads

  • Actively engage with the community, responding to comments and DMs promptly (target response time: under 2 hours).
  • Identify customer pain points and translate these insights into relevant, high-performing content.
  • Implement organic funnels (e.g., link-in-bio optimization, specific CTAs) to generate inbound leads.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track and analyze performance metrics weekly and monthly.
  • Deliver concise reports with actionable insights and clear recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate content themes with internal SEO efforts to leverage trending topics.

IV. Qualifications & AssessmentA. Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field - mandatory.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing organic social media for brands targeting US audiences.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent command of English (US tone and style).
  • Proficiency with Meta Business Suite (organic functions), LinkedIn Page Management, Canva, and scheduling tools (Metricool, Buffer, Later, etc.).
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals for content alignment.
  • Strong short-form copywriting, organization, and analytical skills.

B. Mandatory Pre-Hiring Assessment
