Social Media Growth Specialist (Video & AI Content Focus)

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and data-driven Social Media Growth Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on driving organic growth across major platforms and boosting our brand recognition through engaging, trend-driven video/image content.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute strategies to grow organic reach and engagement across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Create short-form video and written content with the help of AI tools, staying ahead of emerging content trends.
• Run data-driven A/B tests to identify high-performing formats, headlines, and creative styles.
• Rapidly iterate based on test results to discover and scale “viral-worthy” growth opportunities.
• Analyze performance metrics, uncover insights, and continuously refine strategies to maximize ROI and engagement.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in social media growth, video content creation, or community building.
• Strong understanding of organic growth tactics (algorithms, engagement hacks, trending formats).
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for text and video content creation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data and turn them into actionable strategies.
• A curious and experimental mindset — someone who embraces a test–learn–iterate approach.
• Passion for content, storytelling, and building authentic connections with audiences.

Bonus Points

• Previous success scaling a personal or brand account to significant reach.
• Familiarity with growth marketing tactics beyond social (SEO, influencer collabs, etc.).
• Enthusiasm for exploring new AI platforms and finding ways to leverage them for growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
