Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive social media Handler to manage and grow our brand’s online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, audience engagement, community management, performance analysis, and staying updated with the latest trends in digital media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos) daily on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels, adapting content to suit different platforms and audiences.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, product, etc.) to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.
- Track and report on KPIs such as engagement, reach, growth, and conversions.
- Stay informed on trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and contests.
- Engage with influencers, brand partners, and followers to build community and advocacy.
- Manage social media content calendars and ensure timely delivery of posts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts (1–3 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of key social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark, Photoshop is a plus).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media advertising is a plus (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- Experience with video editing or creating short-form video content (Reels, TikToks).
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
