Cliantha Research is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Influencer to join our dynamic recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a deep understanding of social media platforms. This role is essential in enhancing our online presence, engaging with our audience, and driving brand awareness through effective social media strategies. (BIG plus if you have a large social media following that we can tap into.)
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across various platforms with a BIG focus on LIVE social media content.
- Create compelling content tailored for each social media channel, including graphics, videos, and written posts and a BIG focus on LIVE social media content.
- Utilize tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite for scheduling, monitoring, and analyzing social media performance.
- Conduct SEO and keyword research to optimize content for search engines and improve organic reach.
- Engage in social listening to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and audience sentiment.
- Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including public relations, e-commerce, and graphic design to ensure cohesive branding.
- Manage relationships with influencers and partners to enhance brand collaborations.
- Proofread all content to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand voice before publication.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, digital marketing, and video editing techniques.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing content creation skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, video editing software, and graphic design principles.
- Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and other paid social media campaigns is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of public relations principles and relationship management techniques.
- Experience in e-commerce environments is a plus.
