Social Media Intern

ShopFunder is a direct lending company that specialize in B2B funding solutions to our clients, helping them achieve their goals.

We are seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Intern . This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing, content creation, and digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, eager to learn, and possess a strong understanding of current trends in digital communication.

In person interviews only. This is an in office position.

This is a 3 month internship, which can possibility become a permanent position.

Requirements:

• Must have social media experience.
• Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging content tailored for each platform, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
• Conduct SEO and keyword research to enhance content visibility and engagement.
• Monitor social media channels for trends and insights through social listening techniques.
• Utilize tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Google Analytics to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
• Proofread all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Assist in photography and video editing tasks for promotional materials.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research techniques.
• Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Understanding of public relations strategies and relationship management.
• Knowledge of digital marketing concepts including Facebook Advertising and web analytics.
• Strong content creation skills with an emphasis on storytelling through various formats (text, images, video).
• Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.

You will receive a letter of completion and recommendation after 3 months.
