Content Strategy & Planning
- Design platform-specific strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
- Ensure strategies align with brand voice, audience interests, and campaign goals.
- Experiment with content formats (carousels, reels, shorts, live sessions, polls).
Content Calendar & Execution
- Develop and maintain a consistent monthly/quarterly content calendar.
- Coordinate cross-team inputs to ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Balance educational, entertaining, and promotional content for maximum impact.
Community Engagement & Brand Building
- Respond to DMs, comments, and mentions in a brand-appropriate tone.
- Build conversations with audiences to foster loyalty and advocacy.
- Collaborate with influencers, partners, and communities for cross-engagement.
Analytics & Insights
- Track KPIs such as reach, impressions, engagement rate, and conversions.
- Generate regular performance reports for stakeholders.
- Use analytics tools to optimize posting times, formats, and content types.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with writers, designers, and video editors to execute integrated campaigns.
- Align with SEO/marketing teams to amplify campaigns across channels.
- Brainstorm new creative ideas to boost brand awareness.
Trendspotting & Innovation
- Monitor emerging trends, formats, and platform algorithm updates.
- Experiment with viral challenges, reels, memes, and campaigns
- Recommend innovative tools to improve efficiency and engagement.
