Position Overview:

The Social Media Intern will assist the marketing team in managing and growing Centrox AI’s social media presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, and eager to learn the dynamics of social media marketing in a professional, fast-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, creating, and posting engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X/Twitter).
• Research and identify trending topics, hashtags, and content strategies relevant to the brand.
• Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with company goals and branding guidelines.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions promptly.
• Help analyze social media performance metrics and suggest improvements for engagement and reach.
• Support in running social media campaigns, paid ads, and influencer collaborations.
• Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing) in Marketing, Media Studies, Business, or a related field from a reputable university.
• Strong understanding of popular social media platforms and digital trends.
• Basic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Good communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to work in a team, take initiative, and meet deadlines.
• Must be enthusiastic, punctual, and motivated to work in a professional environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with content scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
• Interest in AI tools for content and marketing.
• Prior internship or project experience in social media or digital marketing will be a plus.
