Role Overview

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can translate complex science into clear, credible, and engaging content. This role requires strong language skills, an understanding of regulated categories, and seamless coordination with designers and client servicing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end social media management across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube as applicable)
• Lead content ideation rooted in science, education, and credibility
• Write accurate, compliant, and engaging captions with excellent grammar and clarity
• Manage posting schedules, content calendars, and approvals
• Handle ORM (Online Reputation Management):
• Responding to comments, DMs, queries with sensitivity and accuracy
• Escalating medical or compliance-related queries appropriately
• Ensure brand tone, scientific accuracy, and regulatory alignment
• Work closely with: Designers (for visuals, carousels, reels), Client servicing teams (for timelines, feedback, approvals)
• Track performance and suggest content optimizations based on insights
• Maintain documentation for approvals, changes, and compliance needs

Skills & Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English and Hindi (grammar, clarity, tone are non-negotiable)
• Ability to simplify scientific or medical information for public platforms
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with compliance-led content environments
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
