About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic Organic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our
digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate understands organic content
strategies, stays updated with trends, and can deliver high-quality posts that drive
engagement and community growth.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage daily content across our social platforms.

Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals

Research and propose new content ideas aligned with brand tone and audience
interests.

Analyze insights and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

Monitor daily engagement and manage community interactions (comments, DMs,
replies).

Identify organic growth opportunities through trends, hashtags, formats, and timing.

Coordinate with design, video, and marketing teams for campaigns and creatives.
Requirements
-
1–2 years of experience in organic social media management (internships can count)

Strong understanding of social media algorithms and current content trends.

Excellent writing and communication skills.

Ability to analyze metrics and use insights for improvement.

Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Canva, and basic reel
editing.

Good understanding of AI for content, design, and video editing

Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
