Social Media Lead ( Female )

BEE Creative is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Lead ( Female ) to manage and grow our online presence across all major social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories)
• Manage social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and others as required
• Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; engage with followers in a timely manner
• Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports
• Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams
• Manage paid social media campaigns (if applicable)
• Handle brand voice and ensure consistency across platforms

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) is a plus
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Location: Gulistan-e-Jauher , block 2 Karachi
Job Shift Timings: Aftenoon | 3 PM - 12 AM
Salary: 80K - 100K

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
