Social Media Manager 0-2 Years Experience

What You'll Do:

• Develop and manage engaging content for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Brainstorm creative content ideas and marketing campaigns to increase engagement and drive conversions
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics across platforms
• Manage and grow email marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with our team to align digital efforts with overall brand strategy
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and platform algorithms

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Manage and grow company and client social media accounts with engaging content.

• Create, schedule, and publish posts (static, reels, stories, blogs, etc.).

• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI using analytics and performance tracking tools.

• Research market trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences.

• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members for campaigns.

• Prepare monthly performance reports for clients and internal review.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing (freshers with strong skills can also apply).

• Good knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager.

• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Creativity and problem-solving skills.
