Social Media Manager

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to oversee and execute our social media presence across various platforms. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing engaging content strategies, growing brand awareness, driving audience engagement, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube).
• Create and curate high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content (copy, images, video).
• Manage social media calendar and schedule posts using tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
• Monitor and respond to audience comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions).
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams for campaigns and promotions.
• Stay up-to-date on platform updates, trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage social media advertising (paid campaigns, audience targeting, A/B testing).
• Report performance insights to stakeholders and suggest data-driven improvements.
• Cultivate relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and relevant online communities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, and analytics platforms.
• Experience with social media advertising and campaign management.
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work independently or collaboratively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
