We are seeking a Social Media Manager who is responsible for developing and implementing a strategic social media plan that enhances brand awareness, engages our target audience, and drives growth across all digital platforms. This role requires a balance of creativity, communication skills, and analytical thinking to ensure consistent messaging, increased engagement, and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-platform social media strategy aligned with brand and business goals
- Create, schedule, and publish original, high-quality content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) tailored to each platform
- Manage day-to-day community interactions by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and engaging manner
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to support campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts and adjust strategies accordingly
- Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices to keep content relevant and competitive
- Coordinate with influencers, partners, or user-generated content contributors when applicable
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all social channels
- Use tools such as Hootsuite, Later, or Meta Business Suite for scheduling and analytics
- Report on monthly performance, audience growth, and engagement trends to key stakeholders
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role
- Strong understanding of all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and tone
- Proficiency in content planning and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later)
- Experience with basic graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut)
- Familiarity with performance tracking and social media analytics tools
- Basic knowledge of SEO and its application to social media content (e.g., keyword usage, hashtags, alt text)
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage content calendars independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred
- Experience with paid social advertising or influencer marketing is a plus
