​•​Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and viewership.

​•​Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio) across various social media platforms.

​•​Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.

​•​Collaborate with the marketing, content, and production teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and campaigns.

​•​Analyse social media metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.

​•​Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and implement them to optimize the channel’s social presence.

​•​Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and performance analysis.

​•​Engage with influencers, partners, and stakeholders to amplify content and reach.

​•​Manage social media crises and develop contingency plans to address any negative publicity or issues.

​•​Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

​•​Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in

the media or entertainment industry.

​•​Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter,

Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.

​•​Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

​•​Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).

​•​Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Ads

Manager, Google Analytics).

​•​Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

​•​Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects

simultaneously.

​•​Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

​•​Knowledge of SEO, web traffic metrics, and basic graphic design is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

​•​Experience in video editing and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

​•​Familiarity with audience research and persona development.

​•​Understanding of copyright laws and content licensing.
