Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social media initiatives and manage a small team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with international clients, team leadership experience, and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of social media executives/content creators.
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for international clients.
- Ensure all content aligns with client brand guidelines and tone.
- Oversee content creation, scheduling, publishing, and performance monitoring.
- Analyze metrics and prepare actionable reports to optimize campaigns.
- Coordinate directly with international clients, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Manage budgets for social media campaigns, including paid promotions.
- Stay up-to-date with global social media trends and emerging platforms.
- Drive engagement, growth, and ROI across all social media channels.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social media management.
- Prior experience as a team lead or managing a small team.
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.
- Proven track record of handling international clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Strategic mindset with analytical skills to interpret social media metrics.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
