Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social media initiatives and manage a small team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with international clients, team leadership experience, and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of social media executives/content creators.
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for international clients.
  • Ensure all content aligns with client brand guidelines and tone.
  • Oversee content creation, scheduling, publishing, and performance monitoring.
  • Analyze metrics and prepare actionable reports to optimize campaigns.
  • Coordinate directly with international clients, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Manage budgets for social media campaigns, including paid promotions.
  • Stay up-to-date with global social media trends and emerging platforms.
  • Drive engagement, growth, and ROI across all social media channels.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social media management.
  • Prior experience as a team lead or managing a small team.
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.
  • Proven track record of handling international clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Strategic mindset with analytical skills to interpret social media metrics.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
