About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our brand’s online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and content creation to drive brand awareness, audience growth, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Manage and grow social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, and carousels).
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).
- Run and optimize paid social media ad campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Implement influencer collaborations and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct competitor analysis and track industry trends for innovation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and content strategies.
- Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.
- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or Meta Business Suite).
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports using Google Analytics and platform insights.
- Knowledge of paid advertising on Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or brand management.
- Understanding of SEO and content marketing.
