We’re growing fast and need a detail-obsessed Social Media Manager who will run the entire content operations behind the scenes, ensuring that every piece of content flows smoothly from script to posting without any errors or delays.

Role Overview
You will own the full short-form video content workflow, managing projects, tracking deliverables, and coordinating between editors, social media managers, and client success teams. This role requires strong organization, process building, and quality control skills — all wrapped into one.

You won’t be creating or editing content yourself, but you’ll be the linchpin that guarantees our content gets delivered on time, with zero mistakes, every time.

What You’ll Be Doing

Content & Workflow Management

  • Manage the content pipeline: script → recording → editing → approval → posting.
  • Maintain up-to-date trackers on client deliverables including status, deadlines, owners, and links.
  • Set deadlines and send reminders to keep the team on track.
  • Perform QA/QC on all scripts, video links, captions, and scheduled posts before client delivery

Systems & Process Optimization

  • Use ClickUp to organize and track content projects.
  • Maintain organized Google Drive folders with strict file naming conventions
  • Identify bottlenecks and propose automation or process improvements.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare and deliver weekly Monday status reports showing progress, blockers, and ETAs.
  • Track key KPIs: turnaround times, approval times, error rates, and posting consistency.
  • Log client requests, credits, and commitments to avoid missed promises.

Team Coordination & Communication

  • Act as the communication hub between editors, social media managers, and client success manager.
  • Lead weekly production sync meetings to keep everyone aligned.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality and brand standards and are sent to clients accurately

What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Experience:

  • Proven Experience in social media management, project coordination, or operations roles
  • Proficient in ClickUp, Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive.Experience with short-form video platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a near-zero tolerance for errors.Clear written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Reliable internet (≥50 Mbps) and computer setup.Ability to work within EST overlap hours (7 AM – 4 PM EST preferred).
