Social Media Manager

CZARS, a creative content-making agency specializing in the F&B industry, is looking for a Mumbai-based Social Media Manager to manage and grow our clients’ digital presence.

This role requires a balance of creativity and strategy — from crafting compelling campaigns to traveling on-ground for shoots that bring our clients’ brands to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and execute engaging content strategies for client brands across platforms.
• Travel for shoots to create and curate impactful content.
• Write sharp, engaging copy and campaigns in flawless English.
• Monitor trends to deliver fresh, relevant ideas while maintaining each client’s brand voice.
• Build strong relationships with clients and handle client interactions with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Bonus: Knowledge of performance marketing and analytics is a strong plus.

Requirements:

• Must be based in Mumbai.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel for shoots.
• Strong grasp of social media trends, formats, and storytelling.
• Proactive, creative, with a good personality to handle clients confidently.
