Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute social media strategies for our in-house brands and client projects.
- Create monthly content calendars, campaign ideas, and growth strategies aligned with business goals.
- Content Creation & Execution
- Oversee creation of engaging posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and production teams to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Leverage trends, memes, and cultural moments to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Community Building & Engagement
- Actively engage with our audience through comments, DMs, and community features.
- Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions).
- Present insights and recommend optimizations for campaigns.
- Platform Management
- Stay updated on the latest features and algorithm changes across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook.
- Explore emerging platforms like Threads, Snapchat, or Pinterest when relevant.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of proven experience managing brand or agency social media.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook & trending formats (short-form videos).
- Excellent copywriting & content ideation skills.
- Basic knowledge of design/editing tools (Canva, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, CapCut).
- Strong analytical skills to track and report on performance.
- Creative, trend-savvy, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Good to Have
- Experience with paid ads and performance marketing.
- Knowledge of SEO and YouTube optimization.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing & collaborations.
- Passion for films, media, entertainment, or lifestyle brands.
